This page outlines general policies when booking with TIMKW.

PHOTOSHOOTS

Before You Book

Photoshoots can booked for portraits, birthdays/graduations, events, parties, and more.

  • For portraits give yourself a week's time between the booked appointment and when you need the results

  • Premium portrait photoshoot packages have quicker edit delivery speed and come with gifts, drinks, and/or snacks during the shoot.

  • Studio Photoshoots will cost more than non-studio shoots.

  • Upon booking be prepared to pay a deposit in advance. Available for portrait photoshoots, studio photoshoots, graduation photoshoots, birthday photoshoots, fashion photoshoots, and more.

  • Your input is valuable to me and I respect it. I am very understanding, creative, and responsive. These skills will be used in our shoot to create a positive environment for the both of us.

Add-Ons

  • $25 Framed Print Order (Discounts for orders of multiple prints)

    •  Included is a black framed print of your choosing from the portrait photoshoot or studio photoshoot , all prints are high quality and are delivered quickly.

  •  12 additional edited photos for $75.

  •  $40 Express Editing: This is an option to guarantee having photos edited under our 5-7 day editing time.

  • You can opt to buy all unedited photos from the shoot for $75.

Delivery

  • After a photoshoot photoshoot, clients are given a personalized gallery link where they can select which photos they would like edited.

    • That same link will be updated when the edited photos are ready for download. This gallery link will be guaranteed to be active for at least 30 days.

VIDEOSHOOTS

Before You Book

  • Plan for editing time when booking video projects.
  • Payments can be made in full before service, half up front and half after delivery, or on a payment plan if needed. 
  • Some shoots will require contracts for the safety of both parties. A contract can always be requested if is not presented already. Each party will get a copy of a contract, with the original being kept by TIMKW.
  • Your input is valuable to me and I respect it. I am very understanding, creative, and responsive. These skills will be used in our shoot to create a positive environment for the both of us.

  • After final products are completed, they will be sent through a personalized link, This gallery link will be guaranteed to be active for at least 30 days, so download finished products to your own devices promptly.
